The Canadian Government has announced that it will support next year's fourth Congres Mondial Acadien.
The question is, will Acadians? I've heard nothing about a LeBlanc reunion, which has been the largest reunion at the previous CMAs. I've asked people who should know, but so far it seems no LeBlancs are picking up the ball to run with it.

Will there not be a Leblanc Reunion at this CMA? I propose that if no reunion is planned we all meet at a camp groound and make our own...
From what I understand, the New Brunswick LeBlancs proposed having one in the Memramcook area (where they live) and the CMA organizers demanded that all events happen only in the Acadian Peninsula. Make of it what you will, but I think yours is a good suggestion. Let there be some spontaneity to this thing!
